What is included

Full Body Workout

One full body workout, repeated three times across the week (Days 1, 3, and 5). Home or gym. Every exercise includes a video demonstration and a regression so you can work at your own level.


30-minute walks on rest days (Days 2, 4, and 6). Six out of seven days, you move.

Real Recipes

Four recipes from four of the six 12 week foundation recipe books. Practical, family-friendly, and designed to simplify everyday eating rather than prescribe strict dieting.


The aim is to make balanced meals easier, not more complicated.

Habit Coaching

Daily hydration tracking and a daily question from Julita. She reads every response. One habit focus for the whole week, built into the coaching app. This is how real behaviour change starts: small, consistent, and monitored by someone who is paying attention.

How the week works

Your week follows a simple rhythm. On Days 1, 3, and 5, you complete a full body workout (25-30 minutes, with video guidance). On Days 2, 4, and 6, you walk for 30 minutes and complete your habit tracking in the coaching app. Day 7 is rest.


Every day, Julita sends a question through the app. She reads every response.

Julita moved from Poland to Australia as a young mother, built a professional career across two countries, and eventually settled in Dubai.


She holds dual personal training credentials (UAE REPs certified and Australian qualified) and competed as a bikini athlete.


Then she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She trained throughout her treatment and rebuilt from there.


That experience shaped how she coaches. Not extremes. Not quick fixes. Realistic habits that fit around work, family, and the reality of a body that has been through something.


Every session in your foundation week is programmed by Julita. Every response you send through the app is read by Julita. This is not automated. It is not a free trial of a generic platform. It is a genuine week of coaching.

The b.well Walking Group

Fortnightly walks in Dubai. Women only, relaxed pace, no fitness requirement. A Saturday morning walk along Dubai Marina followed by an optional breakfast. Movement, conversation, and a reason to get outside. Open to everyone, not just coaching clients.
