Julita is the founder of b.well coaching and a UAE REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) certified personal trainer, as well as a qualified Australian personal trainer. She is a Polish-Australian living in Dubai and speaks English and Polish fluently. Her coaching approach is grounded and supportive, with a focus on helping clients build sustainable habits that fit into everyday life.
With a background as a former bikini athlete Julita has first hand experience of structured training which has shaped her belief that long-term wellbeing is built through balance, consistency and realistic expectations rather than extremes.
As a breast cancer survivor, mother and spouse, she brings a strong sense of perspective to her work, understanding how health needs to adapt alongside work, family and changing priorities. This is reflected in her calm coaching style, focused on support, steady progress and habits that last.
