What is Strength Foundation?

A simple, supportive start in proper resistance training, whether you’re lifting for the first time or refining technique you already have.

I’ve spent years under the bar myself. I know what good technique looks like, how it’s taught and how it’s built. I coach from that experience, not from a manual.

You don’t need to feel strong to start, and you don’t need your own equipment. I arrange the space and the weights, from dumbbells to a proper barbell and rack; you bring yourself. If you already lift, we start from your technique and sharpen it.

Former competitive bodybuilder. I trained for and competed on stage in IFBB and ICN competitions.

A single private hour to meet me, learn the core lifts and see how I coach. No commitment beyond the session, and you can bring a friend to train side by side.

Connect

Online coaching, anywhere in the world

A full assessment, then a monthly plan in the app with a video for every exercise. Nutrition and habit coaching, a weekly video check-in and direct-message access. I reply personally.

Train

In person, Dubai

Four private one-to-one sessions a month at a location arranged around you, every rep taught and corrected in person. No crowds, no one watching.

Thrive

In person and online together

Everything in Connect and Train combined. A weekly one-to-one session in person, plus your full plan, check-ins and support in the app all week long.

Do I need to be strong before I start?

No. Strength Foundation is designed to help you build strength from wherever you are now. You don’t need previous gym experience or perfect technique before you begin.

Can I do this online?

Yes. Connect is the online coaching option for women who want a personalised plan, weekly check-ins, app-based programming and direct support from me, wherever you are.

What is The Introduction?

The Introduction is a single private session in Dubai. It’s designed as a simple first step if you want to meet me, experience how I coach and learn the basics before deciding whether to continue.

I’m not in Dubai. How do check‑ins work?

Connect runs on your schedule. We agree a weekly check-in time that works in your time zone, and your plan, exercise videos and messaging are with you wherever you are.

What if I feel nervous about starting?

That’s exactly why the private training environment matters. You’ll train without crowds, pressure or people watching, with me coaching you through each movement.
