What is Stronger After Cancer?

I created Stronger After Cancer after my own triple-negative breast cancer treatment. It’s personal coaching built around your diagnosis, your surgery and your energy, never a template.

As a Cancer Exercise Specialist certified through CETI and a REPs UAE registered personal trainer, I program around how surgery, chemotherapy, radiation and hormone therapy affect strength, mobility, energy and bone density. I follow the American College of Sports Medicine exercise-oncology guidelines. Where it applies, I screen for lymphoedema risk, build it into your plan and refer you back to your medical team if anything changes.

Session by session, we rebuild strength, mobility and posture at a pace your body can trust.

Online coaching, anywhere in the world

A full assessment, then a monthly plan built around your diagnosis and surgery, delivered in the app with a video for every exercise. Nutrition and habit coaching, a weekly video check-in and direct-message access. I reply personally.

Train

In person, Dubai

Four private one-to-one sessions a month, just you and me, at a location arranged around you. Every movement taught and corrected in person as we rebuild strength, mobility and posture at your pace.

Thrive

In person and online together

Everything in Connect and Train combined. A weekly one-to-one session in person, plus your full plan, check-ins and support in the app all week long.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be fit before I start?

No. Stronger After Cancer is designed to meet you where you are. Your starting point is assessed carefully, and your plan is built around your current strength, mobility, energy and confidence.

Can I do this online?

Yes. Connect is the online coaching option for women who want a personalised plan, weekly check-ins, app-based programming and direct support from me, wherever you are.

Is this suitable during or after treatment?

This depends on your situation, treatment stage and medical guidance. Coaching is adapted around your cancer type, treatment history and any restrictions. You should follow the advice of your medical team before beginning or changing an exercise program.

I’m not in Dubai. How do check‑ins work?

Connect runs on your schedule. We agree a weekly check-in time that works in your time zone, and your plan, exercise videos and messaging are with you wherever you are.

What if I feel nervous about training again?

That’s completely understandable. Many women feel unsure about what’s safe, what their body can do and how to begin. Coaching is calm, private and progressive, so you can build confidence step by step.

Is this only for breast cancer?

This pathway is especially informed by my own breast cancer experience and Cancer Exercise Specialist training. If you’ve had another type of cancer, the first step is to discuss your treatment history, current needs and whether this coaching pathway is appropriate for you.
